This certification opens doors to careers as trainers, facilitators, consultants, educators, and movement leaders within schools, universities, NGOs, and community-based organizations. Beyond grassroots work, certified trainers are well-positioned for opportunities with global institutions such as UNICEF, UN Women, the World Bank, international NGOs, and peace building networks, where trauma-informed and conflict transformation expertise is increasingly in demand.
