One-Year Peace Activation
Certificate Training
Continuing Education Programme Overview & Curriculum
Who This Certification Serves
This training is grounded in conflict transformation: the applied practice of engaging conflict as a natural, information-rich process rather than a problem to eliminate, and of holding space for the people navigating it. Different rooms, different titles, the same underlying capacity: to remain present, regulated, and trustworthy when someone else's nervous system is not.
Most people who take on this kind of work already carry real training in psychology, coaching, or mediation practice. This programme builds directly on that foundation: it moves that training into live, embodied conflict-transformation practice — the applied layer where existing expertise becomes facilitation capacity under real pressure.
The Capacity This Builds
Most conflict-related training is built around technique: a script for de-escalation, a framework for structured dialogue, a set of phrases for reframing what's been said. Those tools matter, and most participants arrive already fluent in them. This programme works on the layer underneath that technique.
What actually gets tested in a real room is whether you can stay regulated while a client projects their history onto you, while a group fractures into open disagreement, while a conversation moves somewhere no framework prepared you for — all of it built the way any capacity is built: deliberately, in the body, over time.
This is also why the training treats conflict itself as a longer-horizon capacity. A single difficult conversation can be de-escalated. The capacity to hold hundreds of conversations like it, across years, without burning out or shutting down, has to be trained separately. That is the actual subject of this programme.
The facilitator's own nervous system and inner steadiness — that is what actually gets tested once the room is live.
Course Description
The Peace Activation Methodology is a one-year, three-phase certificate training in nervous-system-responsive facilitation and conflict transformation. It integrates five pillars — Conflict Transformation, Spiritual Psychology, Trauma-Responsive Leadership, Embodied Feminine Wisdom, and Somatic Integration — into a single applied framework, drawing on Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory, and the Spiritual Psychology curriculum of the University of Santa Monica.
Conflict transformation research is typically applied outward, toward conflict between other people. This training applies the same lens inward first: a practitioner's own unresolved history and internal patterns are treated as a conflict system worth engaging consciously, since the capacity to hold space for someone else's healing begins with this internal work.
Builds nervous-system regulation, embodied self-awareness, and self-observation as the personal foundation for facilitation work.
Applies that foundation relationally: designing regulation-aware dialogue, recognising projection and power dynamics, holding polarised groups.
Moves the work into supervised, real-world practice: an independent Sacred Yes Project, peer case consultation, and a graduation showcase.
Instruction is experiential and skills-based throughout: didactic teaching, somatic practice, live facilitation demonstration, small-group skill practice in triads, and supervised application in real contexts.
