Eva Dalak has spent more than three decades adapting the methodology to what actually works on the ground, inside conflict zones, alongside the people living inside them. The organization's Brussels-based nonprofit receives grants and sponsorships, channeling resources into fieldwork and providing sponsored access to training for participants from conflict zones who could not otherwise afford it.
