Peace is not the absence of conflict. The question for today’s facilitators, coaches, and leaders is no longer how to avoid the chaos, disagreement, trauma, and friction, but how to develop the capacity to stay grounded within it.

The Embodied Peace & Conflict Mastery Retreat is a 7-day advanced immersion at Zen Rock Mani designed for practitioners who are ready to move beyond resilience and into true conflict mastery.

We are developing skills to stay embodied in conflict, as we learn to work with it rather than avoid it. Through live relational dynamics, demos, feminine and nature-based practices, and somatic movement, we develop the tools and the ability to hold space as leaders.

This retreat is for those called to lead in times of tension and change.

BECOMING A PEACE ACTIVATOR OPENS DOORS

Peace Activator graduates step into roles as trainers, facilitators, consultants, educators, and movement leaders within schools, universities, the UN system, NGOs, and community-based organizations where a holistic approach to peace - including trauma-informed conflict transformation, natural wisdom, and spiritual psychology - is increasingly in demand. 

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

    Somatic Integration & Morning Practice

    Guided movement, fascia work, breathwork, and optional sun-gazing to ground the nervous system and prepare for the day’s learning

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

    Breakfast & Personal Time

    A period of silent nourishment and individual reflection.

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM

    Morning Workshop

    Conflict Transformation & Trauma-Responsive Leadership Interactive teaching, live demos, and triad practice exploring daily themes within the Peace Activation methodology

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

    Lunch & Personal Time

    Farm-to-table communal dining focused on grounding and replenishment

  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

    Rest, Nature Time, or Optional Sessions

    An open window for integration and nervous system regulation.

    Afternoon Workshop

    Applied learning sessions with experiential exercises, group practice, and facilitated dialogue

May 22 Arrival Day

Participants arrive in Athens and gather for group transfer.

Meeting Point: Avocado Restaurant (central Athens)

Departure to Zen Rocks: 3:00 PM

Avocado is a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square.

Getting from Athens Airport to Syntagma Square

Bus: X95 express bus from arrivals → Syntagma Square

Tickets: approx. €6

Metro: Blue Line (direct from airport → Syntagma Square)

Tickets: approx. €10

Taxi: approx. €40

Participants will travel together by van from Avocado at 3:00 PM.

Upon arrival at Zen Rocks, participants will check in, settle into rooms, and receive welcome packs including schedules, maps, and retreat materials.

May 23–27 Retreat Program

Full retreat days including workshops, practices, group sessions, and integration time.
Detailed daily schedules will be provided on-site and in welcome materials.

May 28 Departure Day

Morning departure by group van from Zen Rocks back to Athens. Drop-off will be in central Athens with timing aligned to typical flight departures.

Meet your hosts

  • Eva Dalak

    Primary Facilitator

    Eva Dalak is a Palestinian peace activator, international consultant, and women’s empowerment coach. She is the founder of Peace Activation, a global peace initiative that was created as a response to the crisis in Palestine and Israel and is rooted in the belief that sustainable peace begins within. 

    With over 30 years of experience as a gender and conflict expert, she leads trauma-informed, soul-centered initiatives, based on her experience and work with international organisations in over 22 conflict zones across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, blending systemic change with personal and collective healing.

    Born in Israel and now based in Costa Rica, Eva launched Peace Activation in 2023 in response to the escalating crisis in Israel-Palestine.  Fluent in five languages and trained in international development and law, spiritual psychology and somatic experience she combines grassroots depth with policy-level insight. Eva hosts the Peace Activation Podcast and authors The Other Narrative Substack, sharing stories of resilience and hope from the frontlines of conflict.

  • Fabrice Renaudin

    Somatic Facilitator

    Fabrice is a French facilitator and teacher dedicated to unlocking the body’s innate wisdom. With over 30 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, breathwork, Tantra, dance, he integrates movement and awareness practices to support holistic healing. Fabrice empowers individuals to awaken freedom, vitality, and joy through simple, personalized modalities.

    Drawing from decades of study across somatic therapies, psycho-emotional work, and global healing traditions, Fabrice’s approach blends deep presence with practical tools for transformation. His work supports individuals and groups in releasing stored tension, reconnecting to their inner strength, and cultivating lasting balance and well-being.
