The invitation
Peace is not the absence of conflict.
The question for today's facilitators and leaders is no longer how to avoid the chaos, but how to remain grounded within it.
This immersion is for those already in the work. You know the frameworks. You've done your healing. And yet in high-conflict rooms, in moments of rupture, something still collapses. That is what we address here.
Over seven days, in a small residential group, you will practice staying embodied when projections arise, learn to work with conflict rather than manage it, and develop the body-level capacity to hold space without losing yourself.
If peace is a capacity, then leadership begins in the body.
